On January 30, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the 2025 Employees’ Congress of Hunan Ningxiang Jiweixin Metal Powder Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the Grand Conference Room on the third floor of the company’s Comprehensive Office Building. Company leaders and all employee representatives attended the meeting, while department heads and union representatives were present in an observer capacity.
To meet the practical needs of the company’s operations, management, and development, to solicit broad input and suggestions from employees, to strengthen the enterprise’s democratic decision-making mechanism, and to comprehensively enhance management standards, the company is hereby convening this Employees’ Congress to pool the collective wisdom of all employees and jointly chart a course for the company’s future development.
At the outset of the meeting, the moderator announced the official commencement of the session and proceeded to introduce, one by one, the attending leaders, guests, and observers.
At the meeting, General Manager Liao Shengkui delivered the Company’s Work Report, comprehensively summarizing past achievements, identifying key challenges to development, and outlining the direction for future work.
Vice General Manager Jiang Songqing delivered the “Report on the Main Work of the Management Department” and the “Report on the Work of the Trade Union,” respectively outlining the progress in advancing management work and the achievements of various trade union initiatives.
During the employee proposal discussion session, participants engaged in thorough exchanges on proposals related to corporate development, management optimization, and employee rights and interests, actively offering constructive suggestions and insights. This effectively leveraged the role of employee representatives in democratic participation and oversight, thereby building consensus and pooling collective strength to drive the company’s high-quality development.
With all agenda items successfully concluded, the chairperson announced the successful adjournment of this Employees’ Congress.
From 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. that day, all attendees of the Trade Union Congress will proceed to Linjia Xiaoyuan (Wangyi New Village) for the conference banquet, where everyone will gather in a relaxed and warm atmosphere to further enhance communication and build unity and synergy.
The convening of this Employees’ Congress has further streamlined channels for employees to offer suggestions and proposals, strengthened the foundation of democratic management within the enterprise, and laid a solid groundwork for enhancing the quality of subsequent operations and management and ensuring the company’s sustained, steady development at Hunan Ningxiang Jiweixin Metal Powder Co., Ltd.
