On November 4, 2015, the completion and commissioning ceremony of the second phase project of Hunan Ningxiang Jiweixin Metal Powder Co., Ltd. was held at President Yamamoto of Toyo Aluminum Group, Vice President of Matsuo Industry Co., Ltd., Executive Officer Nan Jing, Executive Officer Ueda, Executive Officer Tanaka, Chairman of Jiweixin Nakano and other parties, as well as Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ningxiang Economic Development Zone and Director Dai Zhongya, witnessed by members of the Party Working Committee of Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, Secretary Liu Hui of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and senior leaders of Zhaoqing Toyo Aluminum, the ceremony was held at the Jiweixin factory.
